Matt Campbell
Managing DirectorMatt Campbell brings military and technician training to excel as Managing Director at Gemini Energy Services. Before joining Gemini, Matt enlisted in the Navy’s nuclear propulsion training program as an electrician on the USS Alaska, a ballistic missile submarine. He completed deterrent patrols, a change of homeport and a complete reactor refueling. In 2012, Matt joined Gemini as a field service technician specializing in photovoltaic inverters and transitioned into wind energy. With an extensive industrial background, Matt currently coordinates between customers and technicians to ensure quality wind energy projects are completed.

Alan Tennery
Director of Engineering, Wind Operations & MaintenanceAlan comes to Tetra Tech with nearly 20 years of engineering experience across commercial aerospace, environmental science and renewable energy industries, where he has worked in startups, non-profits and large corporations. A creative thinker and problem-solver, Alan has led systems engineering for a continental scale environmental observatory measuring climate data, managed test programs validating design and performance characteristics of wind turbines, and overseen flight control and landing gear maintenance and reliability modification projects for commercial aerospace. Alan obtained his B.Sc. degree in Engineering from California State University – Sacramento.

Chris Lundquist
Project ManagerChris joins the Gemini team from one of Tetra Tech’s engineering design offices in Denver, Colorado. He has over 13 years of progressive experience with a variety of power generation projects including combined cycle/simple cycle natural gas, bio-fuel, wind, solar and supercritical coal power plants. He has an extensive background in utility scale engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects including the successful completion of several industry recognized turnkey EPC projects, some with a project value of over $1 billion. Chris obtained his B.Sc. degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Colorado and is a licensed professional engineer in 8 states.

Julius Pachy
EHS ManagerJulius Pachy came to Gemini Energy Services in 2023 with over 20 years of Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) experience within the automotive manufacturing industry, oil and gas sector and recently in vehicle traffic transportation and military defense work. Julius career has centered around the creation and support of EHS programs, namely, reviewing and creating programs to meet the health and safety needs of the staff while ensuring compliance with the specific federal agencies. Julius’ number one goal is the safety of all employees he works with (field and office) as well and protecting individuals who work around or with Gemini employees. His talents will contribute to his desire to create a safety culture that emphasizes Goal Zero (nobody gets hurt), safety at work and at home as well as educating individuals, teams, companies to ensure everyone understands the value behind EHS.

Frank Goeseke
Specialty Service ManagerFrank Goeseke has 14 years of professional experience in production, design, maintenance and the inspection of service lifts for the wind industry. He has installed climb assists, tower internals and certified service lifts in countries around the world, including Denmark, Panama, Puerto Rico, Jamaica, Spain, Netherlands, Germany and the USA. His most recent, notable achievement includes the installation of service lifts on the first US offshore wind farm, Block Island Wind in Providence, RI. Frank onto the team to provide lift services to our current and prospective customers.

Michael English
Resource ManagerMichael English is a seasoned Project Manager at Gemini Energy Services. He joined Gemini Energy Services in 2012. He initially joined the company as a field service technician after completing an impressive 22-year career in the U.S. Navy as an Electronic Technician. During his military service, Mike deployed multiple times in support of key operations, including Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom, working with specialized teams such as the Naval Special Warfare Mobile Communications Team, Naval Special Warfare Special Boat Unit, USS Ronald Reagan, and USS New Orleans. With extensive technical experience in various sectors, Mike has worked on projects involving solar energy, wind farm operations and maintenance support, retrofits, design modifications, and commissioning. In his current position as Project Manager, he oversees a diverse range of projects with leading manufacturers, including Siemens, Gamesa, Nordex, Acciona, and Pattern Energy. Mike also manages a team of over 30 technicians, ensuring the successful execution of complex energy projects.

Justin McColley
Resource ManagerJustin McColley brings 16 years of experience in renewable energy to the Gemini team, with 5 of those years serving as a Resource Manager for Gemini. Over the course of his career, he has worked in project management, remote operations and technical asset management on both the customer and service provider fronts. Justin strives to provide high-quality, focused technical service to Gemini’s current and potential customers. He has managed projects of varying age, size, and technology, in nearly all regions of North America. Regulatory compliance, contract management, performance analysis and optimization, customer service and contract negotiation are just a few of Justin’s strong points.

George Burks
Resource ManagerGeorge Burks is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in the renewable energy industry. His career began as a travelling wind technician, a role he excelled in. During this time, George honed his technical skills, maintaining wind turbines across various locations, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Following his hands-on experience in the field, George transitioned into a resource management role, where he has spent the last 8 years. As a resource manager, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership and organizational abilities, overseeing the allocation and optimization of resources to support large-scale renewable energy projects. George's expertise in both technical and managerial aspects of the industry makes him a valuable asset to our team.

Lourdes Pasillas
Financial CoordinatorLourdes Pasillas brings over 10 years of accounting and financial service experience to the Financial Coordinator role at Gemini Energy Services. A creative thinker and problem- solver, Lourdes manages Geminis’ financials. Lourdes holds a B.A. in Psychology from San Diego State University.

Sandee Vargas
Administrative CoordinatorSandee Vargas has over 10 years of experience in Administration. She has served as the Administrative Coordinator since 2022, overseeing a variety of essential functions to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the organization. In this role, Sandee is responsible for coordinating communications and supporting team members with administrative tasks. With a strong focus on organizational efficiency and detail, Sandee plays a key role in maintaining streamlined processes and fostering team collaboration. She has also provided valuable assistance to the Financial Coordinator. This includes helping with accounts receivable tasks such as invoicing, tracking payments, and ensuring timely follow-ups on outstanding balances. With a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach, Sandee has contributed to maintaining financial accuracy and supporting the overall success of the team.

Justin Richardson
Administrative Assistant, Office ManagerJustin Richardson serves as our Hiring Coordinator, Office Manager, Marketing Assistant and Administrative Assistant at Gemini Energy Services since January 2022. Justin is a graduate from Virginia's George Mason University, majoring in Communications-Journalism with a Minor in Business Administration. Justin is also the Gemini DEIA Representative since April 2022, a member of Tetra Tech's CES Unit Marketing Group, and is the Deputy Chairman of Tetra Tech's LEADR group for the company's emerging professionals. Prior to joining Gemini, Justin worked for ESPN as a Live Event Operator for two years, then moved to San Diego on Memorial Day 2019, where he began working as a self-employed digital graphics specialist and creative writing consultant before working at H&R Block as a Customer Service Representative in 2021. Since arriving at Gemini, Justin has taken a strong role in assisting our management for several different tasks, including onboarding/offboarding, talent procurement, office upkeep, technical resume building for our wind technicians, creation of marketing deliverables, and being the creative force behind our company's social media engagement.
