Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS)
Gemini’s number one core value is safety for all its employees and working partners. Gemini
has established an occupational health and safety program to meet the ever evolving hazards
within the green industry.
As a collective group our mission is “Goal Zero.” No injuries!

Commitment to Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS)
EHS is managed from the top down to the bottom up. All levels of Management, including the Managing Director, are actively engaged in EHS daily.
Our Resource Managers engage with site technicians daily to provide support and ensure technicians have a voice in EHS. It is through two-way conversations, robust reporting practices and the use of Gemini’s field level Safety Committee meetings that provide real time feedback which allows Gemini to be a forward thinking company in maintaining a robust EHS program.
Office staff are also encouraged to participate in EHS, thought meetings and reporting of incidents. Staff also partake in annual EHS training.
Our Field Technicians are a diverse group of talented individuals, coming from all backgrounds and skill levels, making up the strength of Gemini, each individual plays a critical role in creating a safety culture where all are empowered to actively participate in EHS.
Gemini also works closely with our customers to not only provide quality work but to also provide a safe working environment.
Gemini’s EHS Program
Gemini is proud of our Environmental, Health and Safety program and recognizes the importance of stewarding the program to ensure it meets, and at times, exceed industry standards. Geminis EHS program offers robust procedures to ensure employees (Management, Office and Field Technicians) are working safely in conjunction with customer specific EHS requirements. Gemini has created several proactive programs to cultivate employee engagement while also maintaining a solid new hire “on-boarding” process, known as Professional Qualifications Standard (PQS – 0) and training program.
